This page is dedicated to the legacies of Labor leaders throughout history, people that you should know. Click on any thumbnail image to see a larger version. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Click the “View with Cooliris” link and allow the software to install. It’s free, and it’s a great tool. (June 5, 2010: known problem with Cooliris via Firefox; try Internet Explorer or Chrome or Safari)

This is a work-in-progress. Send me your photos of Labor Leaders, from any nation, from any timeframe. Please send ONLY photos that are available in the public domain to avoid copyright issues.
To make this project easier for me and also more accurate, please try to include as much of the following information as you can.
- Filename: Name the file in the form “Firstname_Lastname.jpg” E.g., “Samuel_Gompers.jpg”
- Date of Photo: If you know the year that the image was taken, please include that after the name, e.g. “Samuel_Gompers_1911.jpg”
- Brief Description: Provide a brief sentence or two identifying the person. Don’t provide a complete bio; just make it possible for someone to take your infomation and develop their own bio.
- Multiple, different images of the same person are welcome, especially if they represent very different periods of their life.
- Email the images to roberthillnyc@gmail.com.
Thanks for your help with this project, and be sure to use the Social Networking Links (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to spread the word.
